Is it just us or is quarantine (day #: 1,000) turning into VEGAS?

The kitchen’s a 24/hour buffet (#stressbaking), cocktails are acceptable at virtually any time of day, there’s always a flashing neon screen on somewhere, you somehow find yourself stumbling into bed (in the clothes you’re wearing) at 4 am on a THURSDAY, and finding a balance between work, kiddos, partners, and life’s demands while also a maintaining a tenuous grasp on sanity feels a LOT like roulette: you never know where it’s going to land + are constantly in a cold sweat.

On the every-hour-is-cocktail-hour note, drop everything and watch THIS hilarious spoof on the original, which made our whole day yesterday. The TONIC slack channel was rolling… (there’s some adult language in the song, FYI, if you’ve got kids around!)

But all jokes aside, we hope everyone is doing well and finding ways to stay lighthearted in the midst of this heavy time…. We’re adding a few to the end of this email, so scroll if you’re mostly into the odds & ends.

The bright side? Spring is here. We’ve seen it. And you guys, quarantine or no quarantine, flowers and green and fresh air have not been canceled. And neither has our Spring Launch! We can almost feel the warmth of pretty new template designs on our skin... (Weird, we know.)

Yes, it’s a little fussy, but we will die proclaiming this is absolutely the best chocolate chip cookie you’ll EVER put in your mouth… Jeff put it up against three other recipes this week (#stressbaking) and it prevailed. It will always prevail.
